B2B Marketing Manager

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to drive all aspects of our outbound GTM messaging, lead generation, and sales optimization processes and projects.  The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing and Sales executives, the sales team, product managers, technical trainers, accounting and operations.  They will also have ongoing interaction with our key customers and our international distributors.  This position acts as the primary interface to third-party marketing support functions such as our PR and advertising agencies, industry publications and organizations, graphic design and website management resources, and event venues.


Key Job Responsibilities:
  • In collaboration with the Sales and Marketing executives, develop a tactical roadmap of sales support and enhancement initiatives that align with the strategic directions of the company
  • Manage the execution of the various roadmap tasks and programs, directly producing results and guiding ad hoc teams to achieve objectives as appropriate
  • Become an expert in all of the various methods of lead generation and sales funnel pipeline processing
  • Act as the operational (non-technical) administrator of the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and usability (i.e. sparkly clean data) and efficient reporting and analysis
  • Define and maintain sales/marketing effectiveness metrics (CRM, website, customer satisfaction et al)
  • Create materials such as presentations, sales sheets, videos and training/education support
  • Create external communications such as emails, newsletters, press releases, website content and social media channels
  • Work internally and with 3rd-party vendors to develop creative/marketing collateral and other sales tools
  • Plan and execute in-person and online events, including compiling target lists, creating content and working closely with partner teams on execution
  • Stay abreast of trends and competitive insights for the rapidly changing digital marketing industries
  • Perform market research as to target markets, target customers, and targeted customer business intelligence
  • Maintain an up-to-date repository on competitive info and industry news
  • Be a brand advocate with a relentless drive for consistent professional polish on all market-facing materials

Qualifications Required:
  • 5+ years business-to-business marketing experience
  • Experience working closely with Sales/account management teams and creating presentations/materials for client meetings
  • Experience working with CRM and email campaign management applications
  • Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics and SEO concepts
  • Strong project management track record
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and influential communication skills
  • Self-starter and a team player with creative, high positive energy and an ability to execute
  • Ability to develop creative ideas and implement marketing tactics to grow revenue
  • Ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously, in a very fast-paced environment
  • Strong command of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools is desirable
  • Ability to travel occasionally to major promotional events
  • Bachelor degree required
